Beartooth

Plan

The Beartooth is the perfect home for family living and entertaining. It’s about 1217 square feet up and about 1130 square feet in the basement. It’s also a really versatile plan that has been modified by lots of buyers to suit their particular lifestyles. Bright and open, the hallmark of this home is probably the front bay window that is enormous and a real focal point.

The kitchen and living room are separate but also open. So it’s easy to maintain a conversation between the two spaces. The kitchen has an island, two pantry closets for overflow and an eating area that’s perfectly proportioned. There’s also a smooth-top self cleaning range, built-in microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, generous countertops and recessed lighting, There’s a deck right outside for summer relaxation. This house is a little different because the deck is on the side, not on the back like most houses. Of course there are arched doorways, plant shelves and nooks and crannies for decorating. There are two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The master bedroom has a full wall 4ft deep walk-in closet, a tidy functional bath of it’s very own and can have it’s own linen closet depending whether a buyer wants a tub or just a shower in the bathroom. The other bedroom is kid sized and there’s a whole other bath with the tub. The basement in the Beartooth is amazing. It’s always roughed in for a bath and the utility room is framed, but there are no other walls! Not like the basements back in the old days that had the bearing wall right down the middle and a bowling alley on each side. You can do anything with the space!
